Weld Planishing MachineVCM / WPM 2x500
The Weld Planishing Machine (VCM / WPM 2x500) is a horizontal, 2-roll, PLC-controlled system designed for stainless steel sheet processing. With dimensions of 1800mm × 1000mm × 1500mm, it supports a working length of 500mm and handles materials up to 2mm thick (SS304 and higher grades). The machine includes a 1 HP main motor with a double reduction worm gearbox and a 1 HP hydraulic power pack. Key hydraulic components include valves from Poly Hydron and Yuken. Operated via a push-button control panel with pedal operation, it features manual sheet feeding and removal, fixed bottom roller, and hydraulic top roller movement.
